The Faculty for the Future Fellowship started in 2004 from Schlumberger Foundation. It helps women from poor countries do PhD or postdoc in STEM subjects.   • You must be preparing for a PhD or Postdoc in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
    • Note: Biology is funded only if it is interdisciplinary with physical sciences.
    • Master’s degrees are not funded.
  • You must have an excellent academic record.
  • You should be active in faculty life or outreach programs, especially those that encourage young women to study science.
  • You should have teaching experience or a strong interest in teaching.
  • You must be willing to return to your home country after your studies and use your knowledge to contribute to its development, universities, or public policy.
