The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Iran is happy to share news about the GKS Graduate 2026 program also known as KGSP. This is part of Korea’s Global Korea Scholarship and offers Iranian students the chance to study for master’s or doctoral degrees at top Korean universities. It aims to support academic growth and build stronger educational and cultural ties between Korea and Iran.
Key Details – GKS Graduate 2026 Iran
- Host Country: South Korea.
- Degree Level: Master’s and PhD.
- For: Iranian citizens only.
- Goal: Enhancing Korea-Iran education and friendship.
- Application Year: 2026 through the Korean Embassy in Iran.

GKS/KGSP Submission Rules
- Fill forms in English or Korean with a handwritten signature
- No apostille/consular confirmation needed for “Documents to Complete”
- All certificates must be apostilled or consular confirmed
- Swedish documents require certified English/Korean translation
- Submit 1 original + 3 photocopies in separate envelopes
- Mark the original set as “Original”
- Include a sealed recommendation letter from a professor/expert

- Incomplete applications will be rejected
- Submitted documents will not be returned
- Send university-specific documents directly to the university
