Step 1: Make Sure You’re Eligible

Step 2: Apply to the University First
You don’t apply straight for the scholarship. You apply to the university for your Master’s program. If they accept you and think you are a good fit, they’ll put you forward for the scholarship.

Step 3: The University Makes Your Scholarship File
If the university picks you than they’ll create a scholarship application for you online in a system called Mobility-Online. This means you’re pre-selected. Good news!

Step 4: You’ll Get an Email
You’ll get an email from Mobility Online saying you’ve been pre-selected. That’s your sign to log in and finish the application.

Step 6: The University Sends It In
After you upload everything, the university checks it and submits your final application before April 30 (midnight Belgium time). If it’s even a minute late, it won’t be accepted.
