GKS Scholarship Philippines 2026 – Applications are now open for the 2026 Global Korea Scholarship (GKS Graduate Degrees) Embassy Track through the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in the Philippines. This program lets Filipino scholars study advanced courses in South Korea. A total of 17 grantees will be chosen from the Philippines. Applicants must follow the official rules and send their complete applications by March 6 2026. Only shortlisted candidates will get interviews and more details will come later.

Required Documents

- 3 photocopied sets
- Follow the exact order in the Application Checklist (found on the first page of the forms)
- Label each document on the top right corner (Example: “9. Proof of Citizenship”)
- Only 1 sealed and signed recommendation letter is needed
- Use A4-sized paper (check guidelines for other sizes)
- Personal Statement and Study Plan must be under 1000 words each

- Personal Drop-off: You can leave your application at the embassy gate but you cannot enter
