The University of Turin (Università di Torino) offers the Talents 4 UniTO scholarships for talented international students who want to start an English-taught Master’s degree in Italy.

Scholarship Coverage

  • Total scholarship amount of €20,000 gross (€10,000 for each of the two academic years).
  • Exemption from university tuition fees (students usually still pay the small first instalment each year).

Who Can Apply?

You must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You obtained (or will obtain by the enrolment deadline) a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from an institution outside the Italian education system.
  • You do not hold Italian citizenship.
  • You are not resident in Italy at the time of application.
  • You apply for the first year of an English-taught Master’s programme that has no restricted number of places (open access).
  • You have English language proficiency of at least B2 level (CEFR).
  • You submit your application through the official Apply@UniTo platform within the stated dates.

The scholarship is not open to Italian citizens or people already living in Italy. It is also limited to specific open-access English-taught Master’s programmes.

How Applications Worked for 2027

  1. Create an account and apply for up to two eligible Master’s programmes on the Apply@UniTo platform.
  2. Pay the application fee (€60).
  3. Upload the required documents (degree certificate, transcripts, English language proof, passport, etc.).
  4. The same application is used for both admission to the degree and consideration for the Talents 4 UniTO scholarship.
  5. Selection is based on academic qualifications and motivation.

The application window for the 2026–2027 cycle ran from 25 November 2025 to 29 January 2026. Results were published later in 2026.
