Each embassy or university decides what to submit. They might accept photocopies or electronic files or papers without certified translation. The number of documents is also decided by them. Here are the document required for KGSP scholarship 2025.

- Recommendation Letter (one letter signed and sealed by supervisor dean or expert in your field)
- Invitation Letter (if applying for research program)

- Academic Transcript
- Proof of Citizenship

Second Round (NIIED)
Documents to Fill Out
- Use English or Korean only
- Sign by hand yourself
- No need for apostille or consular confirmation here

- Embassy Track: One original set plus three photocopies
- University Track: One original set
Certificates Needed
- If in English or Korean: Add apostille or consular confirmation
- If in other languages: Must translate to English or Korean with certified translation AND apostille or consular confirmation on original or translated copy

Evaluation Phase
First Round Documents
- All in English or Korean

Second Round Documents
- First-round winners must follow second-round rules
- Missing docs or unsigned forms will disqualify you
- NIIED keeps all materials no return
- If university asks for extra stuff (like portfolio) send directly to them
